I was just wondering. How does a blogger figure out which of their blog posts are the most read? I've noticed that a few other genealogy bloggers have lists of their most read posts, and I was just curious as to one is able to figure it out. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks.
Jessica, I have a Google Analytics account (free). You sign up, get a code to put in your layout, and then it starts tallying all kinds of statistics. Go to http://www.google.com/analytics/.
Jessica, I've used the free SiteMeter since I started my blog. It is neat but I've also just now signed up for the one Miriam recommended: Google Analytics. I'm interested in seeing more details about my readers --- and I too would like to know which of my articles gets the most attention. Thanks for asking such an important question; I've got Google Analytics outa your commenters! (Thanks, Miriam) TERRY
